High Performance Scientific Programmer ML/AI Engineer Data Scientist Computational Neuro/Biologist
More About Me
While studying B.Sc. in Computer, and doing programming as a part-time job, the enjoyment of problem solving drove me to the field of computer security. Reading scientific books gradually changed my path and led me to think about hacking into life's code instead of someone else's. While working in the IT industry and later in the data science world, I began studying biology references and applied for an M.Sc. in Biology–Biochemistry. Being introduced to the OpenWorm community and other initiatives in neuroscience led me to believe that the integration of Computational Biology and Neuroscience is one of the most fascinating research areas. I then became interested in understanding how far we can reengineer complex biophysical systems. To deepen my understanding of the physical and engineering aspects of the most complex machine on Earth—the human body and brain—I pursued further studies in Mechatronics.
As my research evolved toward large-scale simulations and AI-driven modeling of biological systems, I realized that current classical computing paradigms may not be sufficient to capture the complexity of nature and neuro-inspired intelligence. This realization motivated me to pursue a Master's in High-Performance Computing with a focus on quantum computing, as I believe new computational paradigms are essential for advancing quantum machine learning and next-generation neuro-inspired AI systems.
